Why aren't my deposits going through?

Troubleshooting unsuccessful deposits:

  • Please make sure that you are using the most recent release of the app.
  • Do you have a checking and savings account with your bank? Please make sure the correct account is selected when making a deposit.
  • Are you attempting to deposit more than the maximum limit? To check the deposit limit on your account, please visit the transaction limits section of our FAQ page.

If, after checking through the list, you are still experiencing deposit issues, please contact your bank and [email protected].
