How do I enable two-factor authentication for my business account?

For enhanced security for your Strike Business account, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for logging in to your Strike Dashboard.

To enable 2FA, you’ll need to download an authenticator app on your phone or tablet, such as Google Authenticator, then log in to your Strike Dashboard and follow these steps:

  1. Click your Account menu
  2. Click "Profile"
  3. Within the Security section, toggle “Enable 2FA”
  4. Scan the QR code or enter the Setup key manually using your authenticator app
  5. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app into your Strike Dashboard

Once enabled, you’ll need to enter the code from your authenticator app to log in to your Strike Dashboard. To disable 2FA, simply toggle-off “Enable 2FA” in your Account's security section, which will require that you enter the 6-digit authentication code from your authenticator app.

If at any time you believe your Strike account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, please contact support immediately.
